- other administrative and organisational support related to the completion of the brokered transaction
The exact scope of services is defined in the Brokerage Agreement.
Single Brokerage Fee
The brokerage fee is a single fee for the entire brokerage service and the result achieved. It is not the sum of individual prices for each action or service that Imperium Immobiliare d.o.o. performs during the brokerage process.
The fact that a particular action was not necessary, was not applicable to the specific transaction, was not requested or used by the client, or could not be carried out due to a lack of the required documentation, consents or powers of attorney does not reduce the agreed brokerage fee.
Not using a particular ancillary or administrative service, including assistance with the handover, land registry registration (uknjižba), meter readings or the transfer of utility and municipal service accounts, does not affect the right of Imperium Immobiliare d.o.o. to the agreed brokerage fee.

Entitlement to the Brokerage Fee
Imperium Immobiliare d.o.o. becomes entitled to the agreed brokerage fee once the contract it brokered has been concluded. If so agreed in the Brokerage Agreement, the entitlement to the brokerage fee arises as soon as the preliminary contract is signed.
The brokerage fee is not charged in advance, before the preliminary contract or the brokered contract is concluded. The exact moment the entitlement to the fee arises, the payment deadline and the method of payment are defined in the Brokerage Agreement.

This Price List shows the maximum brokerage fees that Imperium Immobiliare d.o.o. may agree. The exact amount of the brokerage fee, the party liable for payment, the scope of services, the payment deadline and any additional costs are defined in a separate Brokerage Agreement.
