Question 1

How much does a real estate agency in Zagreb cost?

Accepted Answer

The brokerage fee is agreed in the brokerage agreement and depends on the type of transaction (sale, purchase or rental). Current rates are listed in our brokerage services price list, and the fee is payable only once the transaction has been successfully completed.

Question 2

How can I find out how much my apartment is worth?

Accepted Answer

Request a free property valuation. Our agent will view the property, compare it with recently sold and currently listed properties in your neighbourhood, and recommend a realistic market price.

Question 3

What documents do I need to sell an apartment?

Accepted Answer

You will usually need an extract from the land registry (zemljišna knjiga), an energy performance certificate, proof that the building is legally constructed (occupancy permit or decision on the as-built status), the owner's ID card and, if the apartment is in condominium ownership, information on the building's reserve fund (pričuva). Our agents will help you obtain anything that is missing.

Question 4

How long does it take to sell an apartment in Zagreb?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the location, condition and price of the property. Realistically priced apartments in sought-after locations in Zagreb often sell within a few weeks to a few months; good preparation, photographs and correct documentation significantly shorten this time.

Question 5

Do you also operate outside Zagreb?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to Zagreb, we have offices in Split, Zadar and Pula, as well as online offices in Šibenik, Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Gospić, Karlovac, Varaždin and Osijek.
