Legal Specialist
We are looking for a lawyer who knows how the law works in practice.
At Imperium Immobiliare, we work on dozens of property transactions every day. That is exactly why we are looking for a legal specialist who will be the key link between the client, the agent, the law firm and the legal certainty of the entire process.
Your role with us includes
- drafting and reviewing rental and sale and purchase agreements
- communicating with law offices and notaries
- advising agents and helping resolve legal queries
- working with clients in the final stages of sales and rentals
- checking documentation and preparing cases for closing the deal
- monitoring legislative changes and proposing adjustments
- being involved in internal processes so that everything runs in a legally sound and professional manner
Who are we looking for?
- a law graduate with excellent knowledge of real estate law
- a bar exam (pravosudni ispit) is a great advantage, but not a requirement
- a person who is skilled, quick, responsible and communicative
- someone who can work independently but understands the importance of teamwork
- a person who doesn't panic when things are urgent, but isn't late when it's routine
